From Nebraska cornfields to the kasbahs of Morocco...

Al Hoceima
This coming Friday will mark the beginning of what will be the longest separation T and I will have experienced during our 10 years of marriage thus far. And in celebration of those 10 years as well as in preparation for my upcoming departure from Morocco, we recently spent four days near the city of Al Hoceima, on the Mediterranean coast.
I made the following video as a keepsake of our weekend. You are welcome to watch it; just keep in mind that it is a little, you know, sappy or whatever.
My gosh, Jen, don't even think about apologizing for your excellent video. My favorite image was the sandy feet but everything was interesting and/or beautiful. And thanks for sharing your love for Taten at the end of the video.
Best wishes to your both as you begin this unwanted but necessary separation.
Love the video! What program did you use to make it? I've been wanting to do something similar for my kiddos. Hope you both enjoy your summers and best of luck to you during your time apart.
Jen, hope you keep posting to your blog after you return to the US so that we can follow what you and Tate are up to.
Thanks, ryfsmith! I have been using Windows Live Movie Maker--which I think is available for free--to make my videos. I took a two-hour class on how to use the program, but it's pretty easy. Someone told me that YouTube now has a lot of video editing options, too, but I haven't really looked into that.
