Yesterday, I officially finished my semester. I hope last night marked the last time ever that I will need to get up at 2:00am to attend a class.
Today I am mopping the apartment floors for what I hope will be the last time.
I'm reorganizing items on the shelves with note cards labelled "sell/give away," "need to sort," and "keep."
I'm going to go through my clothes and try to get rid of at least half of them.
Because one month from today, I'm flying back to the United States,
and while right now I don't know exactly how it might be possible, I
don't plan to come back to Morocco. (Must...resist...urge...to...quote....John Denver...)
One month.
